Shipping, Returns & Refunds


All orders placed before 2:00p.m. AEST (Mondays thru Fridays excluding public holidays) are dispatched same day. We use the following transport companies:

Sydney Metro – Couriers Please
Outside Sydney & all major cities – Star Track Express
Remote Areas – Australia Post

For pick-ups from our warehouse, you can collect your order anytime from 9:30a.m. to 4:00p.m. (Mondays to Fridays excluding Public holidays)

We carry sufficient stock but in the event we go on back order and are unable to dispatch your order, we will contact you either by phone or email.

Please inspect your items upon delivery and in case of items damaged in transit, please notify us with 48 hours from date of receipt to include photos to show the actual damages. Faulty or damaged in transit items are to be returned back to us for replacement or refund within seven (7) days.

A refund will not be issued until we receive the products back and we will credit your card back.

You will be required to obtain a Return Authorisation number from us by emailing before arranging the return of the products for refund. We will require a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.

Products must be in their original packaging suitable for resale, clearly labelled with the RA # and returned to:
